Michael Stammer’s unique professional and life background qualifies him for coaching in diverse situations. In his 30+ year career he has been a professional ballet dancer, national champion salesman, top team builder in a direct sales company, sought after speaker, Chamber board member, an award-winning sales trainer, and personal coach.
Michael graduated from Coach University‘s 2-year Coach Training Program, co-founded Coach Mastermind Alliance (a private network of professional coaches who meet twice a month for professional development), and was a founding member of the International Association of Coaches. He worked as a mentee under a Certified Master/Mentor Coach and received the designation of Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). He is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Coaching-Coachville and receives about 120 hours of advanced training every year. He is a voracious reader and is a constant student of human nature.
His tough-but-gentle approach brings out the best in people – often much more than they ever thought was in them.
Michael would describe himself foremost as an explorer. He’s always ready to step back and ask “I wonder what that really means?” in order to find the hidden solution in unusual places.
